
Yoga is the practice of a combination of physical movements, breath work and mindful meditation. There are numerous physical and mental health benefits to practicing yoga on a regular basis, which include:

Russolo Therapy Centre now offers both group and individual yoga classes, based on client need/preference, on site at our clinic, as well as offsite for local businesses and schools. Classes will be lead by Registered Kinesiologist and Registered Yoga Teacher, Meghan Freeburn, who has the knowledge and experience of working in the physiotherapy setting, to be able to adapt and modify yoga poses and sequences according to clients’ physical abilities and previous injuries.
