Heidi was born and raised in Windsor, Ontario. She competed competitively in track & field, swimming and figure skating, one year even earning the title of Female Athlete of the Year. Heidi was an Ophthalmic Assistant for 2 of Canada’s leading Ophthalmologists in Laser Refractive Surgery. Heidi moved from Windsor to Chatham with her husband & dog in 2000 to start their own business, which she still helps out with when needed.
Heidi became a member and a student of the Ontario College of Reflexology (OCR) in 2005 and has happily volunteered her Reflexology services since that time. She became a Certified Reflexologist in 2018, specializing in Foot Reflexology and is continuing her studies in Hand Reflexology. Heidi also has her Level 1 Usui Reiki.
Heidi has always believed her purpose in life is to help others. Compassion and continuous learning give many benefits to her clients. Her sessions are based on the specific health conditions of her clients such as release of tension, improved circulation, headaches/migraines, anxiety, stress, fatigue, back aches, shoulder pain, sciatica, arthritis, premenstrual symptoms, preventative care and maintenance. Clients dealing with physiological and psychological symptoms due to chronic illness, pregnancy, as well as pre/post-operative surgeries benefit greatly from her sessions.
Heidi has been a volunteer for the Chatham-Kent Relay for Life for 9 years now and at the Chatham-Kent Hospice for 3 years. Heidi loves hiking with her husband and dog through Point Pelee National Park and listening to great music. Lots of cooking and laughter with family & friends, and watching a beautiful sunset over Lake Erie are always a beautiful way to end her day.
